The ECLNA35-10M40 is a three stage low noise high gain amplifier  module with precision K-type (2.92mm) connectors which operates between 10 MHz (usable from 100 kHz) and 40 GHz. The amplifier provides over 35 dB of gain, 5 dB of midband noise figure, and up to +17 dBm of output power at 1 dB gain compression. The wideband amplifier input and output ports are internally matched to 50 Ohms and are internally DC blocked. An integrated biasing circuit requires only one positive power supply voltage (+12V) while protecting the built-in MMICs from a permanent damage and assuring robust operation under the temperature range of 0…+55°C.
