The ECSPDT-0050 is an ultra broadband high isolation non-reflective GaAs MESFET SPDT switch module with precision V-type (1.85 mm) connectors. Covering DC to over 50 GHz, the switch features >35 dB isolation up to 4 GHz and >20 dB isolation all the way up to 50 GHz. The switch module operates using only one control TTL signal and requires only +12 V bias supply voltage.
